About The Institute
DPG Group was established in 2004 on a sprawling campus spread over 23 acres.. The Group had set up its first institute as DPG Chaudhary Partap Singh Memorial Trust (CPSM) for B.Ed. & D.Ed. The institute is approved by NCTE, Jaipur and affiliated to MDU, Rohtak. With three years of excellence in the field of education, this group in 2007 went ahead to open second institute as DPG Polytechnic to award diploma to the students in Gurgaon. Having established itself and providing quality education, the group came up with DPGITM Engineering College in 2011, affiliated to MDU, Rohtak, providing technical education to students in Haryana. In 2015, this group introduced DPG Degree College.
The Trust members of DPG Institute of Technology and Management (DPGITM) are academicians and seasoned professionals with an experience of almost two decades in the field of higher education in India. DPGITM campus is located in Gurgaon, the district Head-quarter of Haryana and one of the major Corporate Hub of the Northern Capital Region (Delhi-NCR).
DPG Institute of Technology and Management is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India; Director of Technical Education, Govt. of Haryana and Affiliated to MD University, Rohtak. The Governing body of the Institutes comprise of Entrepreneurs, Industrialists, Academicians and Professionals who have achieved much success in their respective fields.
DPG Institute of Technology and Management is one of the best managed self-financed Colleges of Haryana, imparting quality technical education using most modern techniques. The institute gives top priorities to interactive dialogue with students on one to one basis. The ongoing online interaction between students and teachers as well as confidential feed back from the students on each course in every semester is the hallmark of DPG Institute of Technology and Management Education System. The institute ensures that every student is skilled in all aspects when they are moved to work in the industry. It had an intake capacity of 300 seats in CSE, ME, CE, EE, ECE (60 seats for each program).

It was a matter of immense pleasure to witness the enthusiasm, vigor & hard work put in by the students and teachers of DPGITM to make the Annual Day such a successful event.
I specifically refer to it as the first event witnessed by me as the newly appointed Director. I am quite impressed to be part of this institution and its aspirations.
We know that every higher education institution and its stake holders have their aspirations. DPGITM based on these aspirations has developed its vision and mission and eventually has set institutional objectives to attain excellence in the field of engineering, technology and management. The students have a major role to play in achieving these desired goals.
The institute is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to impart value, skill, knowledge; innovation based holistic education amongst students which makes them confident citizens to transform the society. The institute is also committed to produce responsible, employable, knowledgeable and sensible gradates who will lead the nation to the new heights of achievements in various spheres.
It’s commendable that our students are performing so well in the university examination. The fact is corroborated by attaining 35 positions among first 50 university toppers.
DPGITM is one of the leading institutes in northern India with a strong training and placement cell which works with a sole objective to place each and every student who is desirous to get a job. Although much emphasis is given on training students to be entre preneurs. The outgoing students of 2021-22 batch have been placed in almost more than 74 top notch companies. To name a few- NAGARO Software, LEGATO Software, Jindal Steels, Reliance etc. Where in the current academic year till date 49 companies have carried out their placement drive securing jobs for more than 50% students. This amounts to the credibility of the institution. Moreover, the institute has been regularly arranging industrial visits and assuring internship and training programs for its students.
I welcome the new students coming for the session 2023-24 and urge the continuing students, faculty and parents to come forward and work together to create a better future for ourselves, our institute, the society and nation at large. I am optimistic that with our combined efforts, we will continue to make great strides in our academic, professional, societal and national endeavors to take this institute to a higher level.
