The Department of training and placement has been designed specifically for emerging leaders like you. The purpose of this department is to provide an efficient professional and productive environment for both corporate and students in their efforts to find the perfect person-position fit. The Training and Placement department offers a broad range of expertise services, programe and resources to assist students with their career development and job search.

Training and Placement department responsibility is to integrate industry and academia and create a platform to ensure that the students at DPGITM are having level playing field when it comes to various interventions and opportunities. It brings along innovation in skill development and employability amongst our students. Initiatives like providing Career Counseling, need based education and industry relevant curriculum and soft skills developments. It has the task to ac.inanize campus interviews for student placement & training. It also ac.inanizes on and off campus interviews, Corporate Connect Lectures, Industry Visits and Industry mentorship. Training and Placement department initiate continuous interaction with industry, sharing industry experiences, and understanding the needs of corporate world. The quality of our infrastructure, the teaching and learning methods ensures overall development of the students. We concentrate on the development of students and preparing them to become entrepreneur or to get into leadership positions in a rapidly transforming and challenging work environment. Training and Placement department also networks with the institution’s alumni for creating more career opportunities.
